@  plink : (09 September 2014 - 08:00 PM) Hellooo! Can anyone help me, I'm looking for a 2013 XJR 1300 tachometer (used or new, it doesn't matter)
@  aPoPhus : (08 September 2014 - 04:08 PM) ok, cheers mate :)
@  Bungle : (08 September 2014 - 02:54 AM) More to do with the geometry of the exhaust system. If you ain't changed it it'll be fine. I've freed up mine and done many a mile at all sorts of speeds. No issue
@  aPoPhus : (07 September 2014 - 06:44 PM) Ok, cheers mate, she does seems to run a little hotter than norm since i did it tho :/ , so you reckon theres still enough back pressure to keep the engine working ok ?
@  captain caveman : (07 September 2014 - 03:12 PM) Hi aPoPhus your bike will be fine mate
@  aPoPhus : (05 September 2014 - 05:00 PM) Hiya  I have recently removed the end baffle plate & baffle with a hole saw.  She sound's fantastic & from what i can tell, she seems to be riding & pulling the same as before [:)]  Will i damage the engine riding her like this or will i have to re-jet ?
@  captain caveman : (02 September 2014 - 09:27 PM) madarty a pleasure to help
@  madartyandth... : (02 September 2014 - 11:56 AM) To Captain caveman , Thanks for reply and advice, easy when you know how,
@  captain caveman : (01 September 2014 - 06:44 PM) Before you put tank back put some rubber grease on the frame plugs, will be easier when you remove tank next time
@  captain caveman : (01 September 2014 - 06:41 PM) HI madar remove pipes from petrol tap, unbolt tank, lift tank from the rear end to enable you to put hand under tank, feel for wire connectors separate the wire which is wired to ascender for petrol tank, remove 2 beather pipes on petrol tank, once these are removed lift rear of tank a few inches then pull tank back a few inches to remove from frame plugs then lift front of tank, becare to not lift rear of tank to high as will hit frame and chip paint work.
